For electrical contractors

From the board to the remedial quote, on one record.

Site evidence, QS review, the released report and the follow-up work, kept connected. Start with one contract, not every feature.

A suggested fit: firms of roughly 5–30 engineers with office review and recurring commercial sites.

Where it slows down

The inspection is done. The paperwork has only just started.

  • Readings, photos and observations arrive in different places, so the office rebuilds the report before anyone can review it.
  • QS review happens over messages and marked-up PDFs, and it is hard to see what has actually been checked.
  • C2 and FI findings sit in a released report while the remedial quote waits for someone to retype them.

One clear path, four handoffs

Each stage picks up where the last finished, so nobody re-keys what the engineer already captured.

  1. 01

    Site evidence

Engineers capture board, circuit and test results with C1, C2, C3 and FI observations and photos, against the right site and asset.

  2. 02

    Office and QS review

Findings route to your nominated competent person before release. Curcle supports the review; it does not make the inspection decision.

  3. 03

    Released record

Once reviewed, the formal record is retained as a PDF with customer-scoped portal access. A draft is never presented as a certificate.

  4. 04

    Remedial follow-up

Reviewed observations can inform follow-on jobs and remedial quotes, with the source inspection kept alongside for context.

Structured, so review is a check, not a rebuild

Observations sit against the board and circuit record they relate to. Configured QS controls apply to signatures and release where enabled.

Guided 30-day workflow pilot

Prove it on one contract first

A focused, supported trial of the real workflow with your team. Here is what we would propose to discuss.

  • One agreed customer contract with recurring commercial sites
  • Supported site, asset and inspection records for that contract
  • A small team: a few engineers plus office and QS reviewers
  • Your real, supported inspection-to-remedial workflow, not a sandbox
  • Success measures agreed jointly before day one

Pilots are by discussion, not automatic. Scope, availability, any setup cost and commercial terms are agreed before starting. Records are brought across where supported; not every legacy format can be imported.

Discuss a pilot

What we would measure together

Prospective measures for your pilot, not results from previous customers.

Review and admin time
Baseline your current time per report, then compare it during the pilot.
Evidence completeness
How often a report reaches review with readings, observations and photos in place.
Remedial handoff
How reliably reviewed findings become a follow-on job or quote.

Shaped inside an engineering business

Curcle was shaped by years of planning field work, overseeing compliance and answering customers at HK Engineering. That experience set the brief: keep the job, the evidence, the review and the follow-up connected.

Software supports qualified judgement; it does not replace it, and it does not by itself make your work compliant. Curcle also serves facilities and wider service teams, but this page is about one electrical workflow.
