Curcle Intelligence
Know what needs attention. Prepare before you act.
Curcle Intelligence explains what is happening in your operation and helps your team prepare the next step. It works from records in Curcle, shows its sources and leaves significant decisions with your people.
Curcle Clarity
Helps you understand: answers, briefings and site history, with confidence and source links.
Curcle Assist
Helps you prepare: people review drafts and suggestions before applying them to live work or sending them.
Clarity · Ask
Ask a question. See the records behind the answer.
Ask Curcle matches your question to a library of supported operational questions and computes the answer from your records by rules. Each answer shows a confidence band, how fresh the evidence is and links to the source records. If a question is not supported yet, it says so rather than guessing.
- Early accessRules-based
Ask Curcle
Supported questions answered from your records, with confidence, freshness and source links.
Staff accounts, in formal beta. Unsupported questions are answered honestly as not yet supported.
Clarity · Prepare
Start with what needs attention. Arrive prepared.
Engineers see previous visits to the site on the job before they travel. Office teams get a daily briefing of quotes awaiting decisions, certificates in review and contracts approaching renewal, each linked to its source record.
- Available nowRules-based, optional AI wording
Daily briefings
Engineer and office briefings built from today’s jobs, quotes, certificates in review and contracts.
The optional written summary is discarded if it introduces numbers not in the briefing.
- Available nowRules-based
Job and site preparation
Previous visits, site history and access notes on the job before the engineer travels.
Shows what has been recorded; it cannot show what was never captured.
Assist · Draft
Routine writing, drafted. Sending stays with you.
Curcle drafts quote follow-ups and plain-English EICR summaries from what is already recorded. You edit, then decide whether to send. Nothing leaves Curcle on its own.
- Available with setupAI-assisted
Quote follow-up drafting
Drafts a follow-up from a sent quote’s value, expiry and chase history.
Admin and manager roles. Requires an AI provider. Nothing is sent until a person presses Send.
- Available with setupAI-assisted
Customer-friendly EICR summary
Turns recorded observations into a plain-English explanation for the customer.
Electrical module and AI provider. Reviewed before sharing; the certificate is not changed.
- Controlled pilotAI-assisted
Inbox triage
Classifies inbound customer email and drafts replies for review.
Controlled pilot only, on request for a configured shared mailbox. Connection, mailbox scope and human review must be agreed; not part of the standard demo. Confirmation logs a reviewed reply; sending is a separate manual step.
How it works
Draft quote follow-up
Open a sent quote, choose Draft quote follow-up, review the subject and message, then send, redraft or close. Requires an AI provider and admin or manager role.
See it in a demoAssist · Review
Suggestions for the competent person, not decisions for them.
On an EICR, AI can extract a draft observation, code and location from a photograph, with confidence for each field. Rules-based checks then flag gaps; the competent person edits and decides. The draft is not a certificate and nothing is saved until they confirm. The photo, AI output and edits are recorded in the audit trail.
- Available with setupAI-assisted
Suggest observation from photo
Prepares draft observation wording, code and location from a photograph for the competent person to review.
Electrical module and AI provider. A draft, not automatic certification: the observation is not applied to the certificate until the competent person confirms. Photo, AI output and edits are audit-logged.
Early access · Follow-through
Give each finding an owner and a next step.
Assign a QS finding to an engineer, correct the source report and request a reviewer check. The worklist keeps the owner and next action visible. Assignment recommendations explain recorded evidence against your company’s requirements. People retain inspection, assignment and release decisions.
- Available with setupRules-based
Eligibility evidence for assignment
Explains recorded qualification, training, authorisation, site-clearance, instrument and working-hours evidence against your company's configured requirements.
Admins configure requirements for their own company. Missing or expired evidence is explicit; unknown validity is never treated as current. Evidence visibility is not a guarantee of competence. Existing assignment safeguards still apply; additional blocking remains Early access.
- Early accessRules-based
Additional assignment blocking
Optionally prevent assignment when an additional company-configured requirement is not met.
Separate from evidence visibility. An administrator must explicitly mark an additional requirement as required. Existing assignment safeguards remain; representative human pilot validation is still needed.
- Early accessRules-based
QS correction follow-through
Assign a QS finding to an engineer, correct the source report, then obtain reviewer acceptance in a separate step.
Electrical module. Acceptance checks the corrected evidence changed; it does not approve, sign or release the certificate. Not yet verified in a live customer pilot.
- Available nowRules-based
Operational worklist
Recorded open corrections, waiting QS reviews and assignment-evidence concerns, with owner, age and a link to the source record.
Subject to company modules and staff permissions. Bounded source lists disclose their limits. Newer correction workflows retain their own Early access status; a worklist entry is not proof work was completed.
- Early accessRules-based
Recorded Intelligence metrics
30-day counts of logged photo-review, dispatch-intent and certificate review events.
Admins, electrical module. Recorded in Curcle, not real-world failure rates or proven savings. Full source-event drill-through and release validation are still being completed.
Plan
Plan the day and the stockroom with explained suggestions.
Route optimisation proposes a visit order to cut travel; you preview it before applying. It is deterministic optimisation, not generative AI. The stock briefing is an advisory summary of shortages and slow stock, generated only when you ask.
- Early accessAI-assisted
Stock briefing
An advisory briefing on recorded shortages, available stock and items needing an inactivity review.
Optional AI, generated only when requested, with a 30-second limit. Review against the stock dashboard; it never places orders. General-release evidence is still being completed.
- Available nowRules-based
Route and visit-order optimisation
Proposes a visit order to reduce travel; previewed before it is applied.
Deterministic optimisation, not generative AI.
- Early accessRules-based
Engineer recommendations
Ranks suggested engineers with an explanation of skills, recorded availability, location and configured eligibility checks.
Admin roles and company setup. Points are not a probability or proof of competence. Preview and checked assignment remain separate; real dispatcher comparison is required before general release.
- PlannedAI-assisted
Parts suggestions
Likely parts for a job from history and asset model.
Not available.
Assist · Migrate
Bring your records across, checked before they land.
Upload spreadsheets, review suggested column matches, see rows with problems and correct them. Business records are imported only after an administrator approves; private review drafts can be saved beforehand. Existing records are not automatically overwritten.
- Available nowRules-based, optional AI wording
Assisted data migration
Column-mapping suggestions, validation and preview for spreadsheet imports.
Admins. Business records are imported only after approval; private review drafts can be saved beforehand. Existing records are not automatically overwritten.
Trust
What Curcle Intelligence will and will not do.
- Uses only records it is allowed to see
- Answers and briefings respect each person’s role and access. Engineers see their own work.
- Labels AI and rules honestly
- Each feature says whether it is AI-assisted or rules-based. Route optimisation and Ask Curcle answers are rules-based.
- Keeps people in charge
- Drafts are not sent, suggestions are not saved and certificates are not released without a person deciding.
- Gives administrators oversight
- Administrators can review AI usage, estimated costs and failures by feature, set a monthly budget alert and see confirmed AI actions in the activity log.
- Separates the public adviser
- The adviser on this website answers questions about Curcle. It cannot read any customer records.
- Does not certify competence
- Eligibility results explain recorded evidence against your configured rules. Responsibility for inspection, coding, assignment and sign-off stays with people.
